He began his career with National Insurance Company Limited, where he served from 1982 to 2001, gaining extensive experience across underwriting, policy servicing, and claims management. He later joined Royal Sundaram General Insurance Company Limited, where he worked from 2001 to 2005, further strengthening his expertise in the evolving private insurance sector.

In 2005, Faredoon founded Ahura Insurance Inc, establishing the firm with a vision to provide trusted, transparent, and client-focused insurance advisory services.

With over 44 years of experience in the insurance industry, his leadership, deep technical knowledge, and long-standing relationships within the insurance market have been instrumental in building Ahura Insurance Inc into a firm known for reliable advice, strong claims advocacy, and enduring client partnerships.

A fifth-generation insurance professional, Xerxis carries forward a longstanding family legacy in the insurance industry. With over 20 years of experience at Ahura Insurance Inc, he has played a key role in strengthening the firm’s advisory capabilities and long-standing client relationships.

Zehan Faredoon Desai holds a Bachelor of Commerce from H.R. College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai, and a Master of Commerce from Raheja College. He is also an Associate of the Insurance Institute of India, reflecting his strong academic and professional foundation in the insurance industry.

A fifth-generation professional in the insurance industry, Zehan continues a longstanding family legacy in insurance advisory and risk management. With over 15 years of experience in insurance claims management, he currently leads the Claims Department at Ahura Insurance Inc, overseeing the handling of complex claims across multiple insurance lines.

Zehan works closely with insurers, surveyors, and clients to ensure efficient, transparent, and fair claim settlements. His in-depth understanding of policy structures, claims procedures, and risk mitigation enables him to guide clients through the claims process with clarity and confidence.
